I don’t know if it exists, but you have my full authorization if you want to fork the code of the current plugin and create something similar for the blank attribute π
There is no settings page. The plugin automatically adds a rel nofollow to external links when a post is saved, and the only setting you have is a box in the post edit page to exclude some particular post π
Hi there,
you are right, the plugin currently skips any link that already has a rel attribute. I’ll see to change this in future releases, although I can’t provide an immediate update date I am afraid π
Hi, thanks for your Plugin. I tried 4 NoFollow plugins, all do not work, eventhough if they works well, I do not have to write this comment :-). Your is primitive and needs lots of manual clicks howevber it works.
I have to update all post (more than 500 post) one by one. Each needs 5 click, so about 3,000 clicks later I completed my mission. More than a day work but the nofollow all all printed in my HTML. However yopur plugin also planted INTERNAL LINKS with NOFOLLOW. I hope this will be OK
Hi TheCrowned! Can you create a similar plugin that adds a target = “_blank” attribute to all external links? Maybe this already exists somewhere?

Great plugin! Thank you!
However, would you mind making an exception to the ignore REL statement?
When you tell a link to open in a new tab, WordPress automatically adds rel=”noreferrer noopener” to it.

I believe your plugin won’t add nofollows to any link with a pre-existing rel= tag.

Have a nice day,

Just pushed this fix as an update, 1.3! π
Hey, thank you for this great plugin. I try to figure out how to exclude the sitemap.
Hi there,
It’s not actually possible, it only works for post like contents π

Thanks for the positive feedback! π
I’ll see to change the behavior of the plugin on internal link: you are right, they shouldn’t have the no-follow attribute.
Have a nice day,
Stefano
